Under Bryan’s stewardship, Compass claimed the #1 position in terms of closed sales volume and units in 2023, exceeding $6.1B in sales. In just six years, Compass has grown to over 1,000 agents and team members, completed over 35,000 transactions, and achieved $22.8 billion in gross sales volume from 2018 to 2023.
Colleagues commend Pacholski’s visionary leadership, citing his inspiring mindset and relentless ambition earning him respect and admiration from peers, employees, and Compass’ real estate agents. His dedication to enhancing the agent and employee experience, characterized by passion, empathy, and knowledge, is core to the local foundation of the company culture. Pacholski attributes much of his leadership style to his diverse career in the United States Army, where after 22 years, he retired as an Operations Sergeant Major.
