When driving up to the impeccable property at 11516 Royalshire Drive, one is bound to be taken by the gorgeous design of the home that manages to feel both sleek and ornate at the same time. And while the custom home is obviously full of intricate details, the flow feels natural and confident versus noisy and ostentatious.

Inside features all the things we’d expect from a luxury home and more, with five spacious bedrooms and 5.1 bathrooms. The newly remodeled kitchen and bar feature appliances from Miele, Viking, and Thermador, and the fireplace manages to give the 5,790-foot home a cozy feel connecting the large open concept spaces.

And we don’t know about you, but this quarantine has us daydreaming of all the adults-only areas we’d draw up in our dream homes. For example, it’s hard to do a workout in the game room or the family living area with toddlers crawling on you. This would definitely not be a problem in this home as its master suite comes complete with a bonus workout room. Hashtag #PelotonInPeace?

On the contrary, the backyard is actually ideal for spending lots of quality time with the family. The best news? You can do so spread out, as there are lots of wide-open spaces. Think three living spaces, a heated saltwater pool, and an outdoor kitchen space. Those with an affinity for whipping up tasty creations will appreciate the fact that it comes stacked with a Big Green Egg and a Viking gas grill.

Last but certainly not least, the golfers in your group will be thrilled with the backyard’s custom-designed putting green. Because if we must socially distance from our friends and family, we might as well be doing so on the green with a beer in hand on our ½ acre of prime Dallas real estate, right? Glass half full?
