Tenet Healthcare Corp. subsidiary Conifer Health Solutions is shaking up its executive leadership. Arvind Ramakrishnan will be the new chief operating officer and Dr. Matthew Bayley will be the chief commercial operations officer. David Dawson will now be vice president of sales and marketing.

Conifer has plans to spin off into its own publicly traded company later this year, and named Joe Eazor President and CEO earlier this year with that move in mind.  “Our goal at Conifer is to be the industry leader in delivering revenue cycle management and related services for our clients, so that they can ultimately deliver better patient experience and financial performance,” said Eazor via release. “By filling these crucial roles with accomplished leaders, we are better able to prioritize the needs of our clients and focus on supporting their success.”

Ramakrishnan’s role will be to drive operations and performance across Conifer’s revenue cycle management operations. With 15 years of experience in senior operations roles, he was most recently the COO of Ciox Health. Bayley will focus on improving client experience and growing Conifer’s value-based Care business. He is a former partner at McKinsey & Co and joins Conifer from his role as senior vice president and chief strategy officer at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dawson was previously vice president and chief client officer at Conifer.

“This is a significant time in Conifer’s evolution,” said Eazor. “With these additions to our executive leadership team, I am confident that we will successfully deliver the best client experience and value in the industry.”
