Top caregivers have been chosen by the 2020 DFW “The Great 100 Nurses” among more than 850 North Texas nurses nominated by patients and co-workers. Initiated to praise and garner public awareness to the impactful efforts of 50,000 nurses positioned in Dallas-Fort Worth, “The Great 100 Nurses” has celebrated nursing excellence for 30 years across all practice areas.

Among the most recognized systems, Baylor Scott and White, Medical City Healthcare, and Texas Health Resources were the big winners.

“I am extremely proud that Medical City Healthcare nurses comprise nearly a fourth of this year’s honorees,” said Zach Mueller, chief nurse executive of Medical City Healthcare via release. “This prestigious recognition honors our nurses’ commitment to exceptional, compassionate care for every patient.
