Party City has leased 14,184 square feet of retail space in the Pleasant Run Towne Crossing Shopping Center at the southwest corner of U.S. Hwy. 67 and Pleasant Run Rd. in Cedar Hill. Larry Leon, Jonathan Cooper, and Ross McCook of Venture Commercial represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Jack Weir of The Retail Connection represented the landlord.
