Amazing stories are emerging about the many good things area nonprofits and businesses are doing to help as we all navigate the coronavirus crisis. To make sure everyone has time to participate in our annual Nonprofit and Corporate Citizenship Awards program, we are extending the nominations deadline from April 17 to May 15.

Now in its third year, the program is co-presented by D CEO and Communities Foundation of Texas. It’s a way to honor professionals and organizations in the nonprofit world that continue to make a positive impact on the community—often under difficult financial constraints. We are also honoring the efforts of the corporations that support the local nonprofits, from executives volunteering their time to lending support through financial donations, in-kind services, and sponsorships.

Bolstered by deep corporate support, Dallas-Fort Worth has one of the most powerful nonprofit communities in the nation. The two forces combine to strengthen the local economy and forge a brighter future.

Nominate nonprofit organizations and leaders here by May 15.
