From Saturday 2/10 to Tuesday 2/14, the celebrated 17th floor steakhouse at Hilton Anatole is offering a selection of delicious dishes designed for couples, in addition to a la carte classics like Tartare Deviled Eggs, 28-day Aged Black Rib Eye and Diver Scallop Purloo. Special “for two” offerings include a selection of Oyster & Tequila pairings ($36), as well as dry aged Porterhouse and Tomahawk cuts.

“CBD Provisions invites Dallas diners to celebrate the ones they love with a special holiday dinner menu available on two nights: Saturday, February 11 from 5-11 p.m. and Tuesday, February 14 from 5-10 p.m. Couples and groups can enjoy a selection of festive a la carte dishes such as Chateaubriand Steak for two, served with frisee salad and potato gratin ($90); Heritage Pork Chop with mustard, pork jus, and petite greens ($32); Beef Tartare with pickled mustard, cured egg yolk, rye, and herb salad ($18); and Wild Mushroom Pasta with mafaldi, escarole, tomato basil pesto, and grana padano. For a sweet finish, guests will delight in the restaurant’s newest dessert, a Chocolate Crinkle Cookie Sandwich with rocky road ice cream and burnt marshmallow fluff ($6). “Americano will offer couples, friends, and duos of all sorts a bevy of romantic themed culinary specials during the weekend (Friday, February 10 and Saturday, February 11 from 5 p.m. to close) leading into Valentine’s Day as well as on Tuesday, February 14th (served from 5 p.m. to close).
Executive Chef Matt Ford will offer the highly sought after and aptly named French Kiss Oysters served on the half shell with prosecco mignonette, and Meyer lemon granite (half dozen is $19), as well as Beet Gnudi with goat cheese, hazelnuts, and candied orange zest ($20), and a Pasta Pescatore served over squid ink spaghetti with mussels, clams and rock shrimp, enveloped in a san Marzano tomato sauce and lemon gremolata ($22).
Special dessert options, developed by Executive Pastry Chef Keith Cedotal, include an Italian Cream Cake with mascarpone gelato and chocolate covered coconut and a Pistachio Strawberry Opera Torte with strawberry gelato and pistachio crumble, both are available for $8.”
