Dick's bash begins with happy hour from 4-7 pm, with $2.75 hurricanes. Later, The 11th Hour band cranks out live music during an indoor parade and costume contest. The winner is awarded double his or her weight in dollars. Party starts at 4 pm; live music and parade begin at 8 pm.
