Real Weddings: Genesis Sultemeir & Brady Bridges

A Facebook message leads to love. (Yes, it does happen.)

Genesis Sultemeir and Brady Bridges crossed paths in college at TCU, but it wasn’t until after graduation that Brady reached out. “I got a random Facebook message from him,” Genesis says with a laugh. Well, the Facebook message worked, and after dating for a year and a half, the couple got engaged. As for the wedding, Genesis wanted a relaxed, organic event—think succulents, burlap, and wooden block centerpieces. “My dad made the cross that was hanging behind us during the ceremony,” says Genesis. “Now it hangs in our house.”
