The Key-Whitman Eye Center has been recognized as a leading eye-care facility in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for nearly 50 years. Under the direction of Jeffrey Whitman, M.D., the Key-Whitman team of highly experienced doctors performs a full range of progressive ophthalmic services in three convenient locations.
Using a combination of Wavefront analysis and treatment with the all-laser, blade-free Intralase®, Key-Whitman Eye Center has improved the precision and predictability of LASIK surgery. Dr. Whitman is one of the nation’s leaders in the implantation of the Crystalens HD® intraocular implant, which provides a continuous range of vision for far away, intermediate, and close-up distances. The center provides surgery and management of cataracts, glaucoma, and cornea disease. Cosmetic and reconstructive oculoplastic services are provided as well as routine eye care.
Dr. Whitman is the immediate past president of the America College of Eye Surgeons, Clinical Correspondent for the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and a recipient of the American Medical Association “Physician’s Recipient Award.” He is a past president of the Dallas Academy of Ophthalmology and has been recognized in
